RegulatingAI urges collaboration among stakeholders to shape responsible, equitable AI practices
A newly established nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting diverse perspectives in the global governance of artificial intelligence has urged the US Congress to address pressing issues concerning AI regulation.
During a congressional briefing held on Capitol Hill on March 29, RegulatingAI, founded by Indian American Sanjay Puri, emphasized the importance of addressing issues such as non-US regulatory approaches to AI, ethical considerations, transparency, privacy, and international alignment.
The event underscored the necessity of collaboration among stakeholders to advocate for responsible and equitable AI practices, as highlighted in a press release.
