Mia Shah-Dand is CEO of Lighthouse3, a strategic research and advisory firm specializing in responsible innovation and emerging technologies including artificial intelligence. She founded Women in AI Ethics (WAIE), launching in 2018 the first “100 Brilliant Women in AI Ethics” list to highlight talented women — especially those historically under-represented — working on AI governance, fairness, and social impact.
