Jeannette Gorzala is CEO & Founder of ACT.AI.NOW, a consultancy focused on AI governance, regulation, and the ethical deployment of emerging technologies. As a lawyer admitted to the Austrian Bar, she specializes in business law, corporate and M&A transactions, and the legal design of AI-based business models. She played a leading role in shaping European AI policy: as Vice President of European AI Forum, she represented over 2,000 AI companies during the legislative process for the EU Artificial Intelligence Act. She also serves as Deputy Chair of the AI Advisory Board to the Austrian Federal Government.
