Dr. Kevin J. Jones is Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning and Associate Professor of Management at Indiana University Columbus (IU Columbus). With over 25 years of experience in leadership, management, and human-resource development, he applies organizational development practices and communication theory to improve organizational performance and productivity. In academia, he brings a practitioner’s perspective — challenging students to apply theory to real-world contexts, especially in organizational change, leadership, human resource management, and organizational behavior. More recently, he has helped integrate AI and digital-learning tools into curricula, co-leading the campus AI task force and embedding generative-AI awareness and responsible-use training in courses and professional-development seminars.
