With over two decades of experience in program portfolio management, healthcare planning and design, and business transformation, he has overseen major infrastructure and service-delivery projects exceeding multi-billion dollar value. Under his leadership, ITQAN has grown into one of the world’s largest medical simulation and innovation centers, advancing clinical training, health-tech adoption, and system readiness. Metwally has also played a central role in pandemic-era response planning and the launch of new clinical business units, positioning HMC at the forefront of modern, adaptive healthcare delivery.
