Abir Habbal serves as Managing Director – Data & AI at Accenture Middle East, where she leads the design and execution of large-scale national data and AI strategies. Over more than a decade, she has guided multi-year programs including national data governance, AI centers of excellence, smart-nation initiatives, and “proactive government” transformations. She has helped shape data privacy, classification, open-data, sharing and AI-ethics policy frameworks across governments in the region. Under her leadership, Accenture supports organizations and public-sector clients in leveraging data and AI for innovation, improved citizen services and sustainable digital economies.
