The Artificial Intelligence Act a proposed law for EU countries. The Hellenic Ministry of Digital Governance has undertaken steps towards the final preparation of the Greek national AI strategy. An objective if the strategy is to determine the conditions for the development of AI, including the skills and trust framework, the data policy as well as the ethical principles for its safe development and use.

that fosters international collaboration and inclusivity in AI – however
no reference to government regulations. Albanian regulators and
companies are looking to implement more transparent and ethical
AI frameworks. This includes ensuring that data sets used to train
AI models are diverse and free from bias, as well as implementing
oversight mechanisms to identify and correct any biases that do arise.
