The Artificial Intelligence Act a proposed law for EU countries. An objective of Hungary’s AI stratgey is to strengthen the foundation pillars of the Hungarian AI ecosystem: data economy, research development and innovation (R&D&I), AI uptake, education and competence development, infrastructure deployment, and regulatory and ethical framework.

regulatory guidance for a successful development of AI, the Czech
strategy has a dedicated section on legal and social
aspects of AI, ethical rules, consumer protection and security issues.
The overall objective is to create and define ethical and legal rules to
alleviate any regulatory constraint to the development of AI technologies. » There is no specific law or regulation on the use of AI. However, some
general laws and regulations may apply to the use of AI in certain
sectors or applications. But as of 23 March 2023, it has adopted
ethics guidelines for the use of AI.
