addresses the use of artificial intelligence. A “National Strategy for
Artificial Intelligence” was issued by the Government in March 2020. It
states, among others, AI has progressively improved every aspect of the
society, and there should be a strong legal and ethical framework on how
AI would be implemented in applications. AI ethics should be righteous,
